Sales Decline: Third quarter sales were $210 million, down 7.8% from Q2, mainly due to lower production volumes in commercial vehicle markets.
Margin Expansion: Despite revenue declines, operating margin and adjusted EBITDA margin both improved compared to last quarter, driven by cost controls and efficiency gains.
MirrorEye Growth: MirrorEye sales grew 78% year-to-date versus 2024, with strong momentum in both Europe and North America, and new program wins expected to fuel future growth.
New Business Awards: The company announced $185 million in new and expanded program awards, including a large new MirrorEye contract and multiple Control Devices wins (notably with Ford).
Guidance Lowered: Full-year revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance were both reduced due to ongoing market volatility, but management expects to hit the low end of prior revenue range.
Cost Improvements: Quality-related costs improved by $5.3 million year-to-date, and material cost improvements contributed to better margins.
Strategic Review: The review of strategic alternatives for the Control Devices segment remains ongoing with an update expected when appropriate.
