Outperformance: Stoneridge outperformed its weighted average OEM end markets by 150 basis points in 2025 despite significant industry headwinds, driven primarily by strong MirrorEye demand.
MirrorEye Momentum: MirrorEye sales were quoted as "over $110 million" (and later specified as $111 million) in 2025, and management expects MirrorEye to reach at least $160 million in 2026 and drive long-term growth to $750 million by 2027.
Financials/Cash: Full-year adjusted EBITDA was $28.6 million (3.3% of sales) and adjusted free cash flow was approximately $19 million, helped by an $18.7 million reduction in inventory.
Restructuring/Divestiture: The Control Devices business was sold for a base purchase price of $59 million to simplify the company and focus on higher-growth Electronics and Brazil businesses.
Guidance / Targets: 2026 revenue growth midpoint implies about 4.2% growth; midpoint EBITDA guidance is $22.5 million. Management targets at least $750 million revenue in 2027 and $44 million EBITDA in 2027, and $850 million to $1 billion revenue by 2030.
Near-term headwinds: Q4 underperformance included ~$2 million from Control Devices, ~$1.2 million of incremental tariffs on the remaining business, and ~$3.3 million of incremental quality costs in the quarter; some warranty costs remain for legacy electronics issues.
Leadership transition: CEO Jim Zizelman will retire May 20; Natalia Noblet becomes President & CEO April 1 to continue the company's focused product and execution strategy.
