The Container Store (TCS) segment consists of retail stores, website, and call center (which includes business sales) and installation services business .The Elfa segment includes the manufacturing business that produces the elfa brand products that are sold domestically exclusively through the TCS segment, as well as on a wholesale basis. The firm also offers all of its products directly to its customers (including business customers), through its website, mobile site, call center, and in-home design consultants. Its services include Curbside Pickup & Delivery, In-Home Design Service, virtual In-home design services, Free Design Services, Installation Services and business solutions.
