Revenue Outlook: TomTom raised its full-year revenue forecast to the upper end of its previous guidance range, reflecting solid performance year-to-date.
Automotive Strength: Automotive operational revenue grew strongly, driven by new vehicle line ramp-ups, stable production, and royalty reports, despite a generally weak auto market.
Gross Margin Expansion: Gross margin increased to 89%, up from 87% last year, due to a higher mix of content and software revenue.
Enterprise Challenges: Enterprise revenue remained flat, with growth held back by the loss of a large customer and a slow ramp in new business, despite a broader customer base.
Free Cash Flow: Free cash flow improved to EUR 17 million, up from EUR 15 million last year.
Strategic Product Launch: Launched a next-generation Automotive Navigation Application, receiving strong interest from OEMs.
Automotive Pipeline: Strong order pipeline in automated driving, though significant revenue from AV is expected only from 2027 onwards.
