Strong Growth: Exail Technologies reported a very strong H1 2025, with turnover up 35% to EUR 220 million and significant acceleration in Q2.
Profitability: EBITDA grew even faster than revenue, up 45% to EUR 44 million, and group EBITDA margin improved to 20%.
Order Intake: Order intake exceeded EUR 600 million, surpassing the full-year 2024 figure in just H1, driven mainly by Navigation and Robotics.
Segment Performance: Navigation and Maritime Robotics revenue rose 37% to EUR 171 million, while Advanced Technology division grew 27% to EUR 56 million.
Outlook: Management confirmed 2025 objectives of double-digit revenue growth, with EBITDA expected to increase faster than revenue and dynamic order intake.
Cash & Debt: Operating cash flow up 48% to EUR 40 million. Net debt (excluding ICG bonds) stable at EUR 155 million, with EUR 31 million cash available.
Pipeline: Multiple large contracts in progress, new flagship mine hunting program launched, and strong momentum in drone and navigation applications.
