As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Pesquera Bahia Caldera SA, Salmones Blumar SA, Golfo Comercial SA, Pesquera Araucania Dos SA and Granja Marina SA, and Grupo Las Urbinas was its major shareholder with 45.31% of its interest.
