The commercial component is Puteri Cove Quayside, a two-level waterfront retail promenade, which is built to Marina projects offering a range of waterfront retail and food and beverage choices. Its development properties relate to its PCR project located in Iskandar, which is developed by the principal subsidiary of the Company, PDD. The firm holds an interest in Kanokkorn Pattana Co., Ltd. (KNK), which is the developer of the project in Bangkok, Thailand, known as The Posh Twelve.
