Sinarmas Land Ltd. is a property investment holding company, which engages in the development of commercial real estates. The firm has three subsidiaries, PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk (DUTI) and PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS). Its divisions include Indonesia Property Division, International Business Division and United Kingdom Property Division. Indonesia Division comprises mainly BSDE, DUTI and DMAS. BSDE owns and develops BSD City. DUTI develops superblocks and commercial properties for small and medium-sized enterprises. DMAS is engaged in the Kota Deltamas industrial township’s development and operations. The International Business Division is engaged in the investment and development of commercial and residential properties in the United Kingdom, China and Singapore, as well as ownership and management of hotels and resorts in Johor, Malaysia and Batam, Indonesia
