The company is engaged in the development, manufacture and marketing of a range of products including electronics and acoustics. The company operates in four segments: Batteries, Electronics and Acoustics, and Other Industrial Investments. The Batteries segment manufactures, develops and markets batteries and battery-related products. The Electronics and Acoustics segment designs, manufactures, and sells professional audio products and KEF brand loudspeakers and related products. The associates in this business segment are engaged in the manufacturing of high precision parts and components used in electronics products. The Other Industrial Investments comprises of Company’s associates, XIC Innovation Limited and Meiloon Industrial Co., Ltd. Its wholly owned subsidiary is GP Industries Limited.
