The Trust is focused on investing, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of real estate in Europe, which is used primarily for office, retail and industrial (including logistics) purposes, as well as real estate-related assets. Its portfolio comprises of approximately five freehold office properties in Germany, five freehold office properties in Spain and 27 freehold retail properties in France. Its properties include Berlin Campus, Bonn Campus, Darmstadt Campus, Munster Campus and Concor Park. Berlin Campus is located in Schreiberhauer StraBe in the Lichtenberg district. Bonn Campus is located in the area of Bundesviertel. Darmstadt Campus is located on Heinrich-Hertz StraBe 3-7 in Europaviertel. Munster Campus is located in Zentrum Nord. Concor Park is located in the community of Aschheim-Dornach. The Trust’s manager is IREIT Global Group Pte. Ltd.
