In Israel, the Company owns Arena Mall in Herzlia, with a footprint of 98,000 square meters and 28,419 square meters of rentable space on two floors; in Naharia, two adjacent lots, with approximately 24,000 square meters of land in a commercial zone; in Ashdod, a building with 994 square meters built construction, with rights and plans for 17 floors with 68 residential units, and a 9,000 square-meter lot with on going construction for 10,000 square meters of office space in 10 floors; in Eilat, six adjacent properties with total of 13,000 square meters, and in Tel-Aviv, Olimpia Hotel. In the United States, the Company owns holdings in the Lipstick building in Manhattan, and holdings in 150,000 square meters of office space. In Kazakhstan, the Company owns 580,000 square meters in Astana.
