Willy-Food Investments Ltd. engages in import, marketing, and distribution of food products in Israel and abroad. The company is an importer and supplier of kosher food products. The firm imports and distributes such products as canned fruit and vegetables, mushrooms, oils, pasta, rice, noodles, nuts, cheese, butter, margarine, coffee whitener and tea, juices, canned fish, fresh dairy products and bakery products. Although the majority of products are sold under its own brand, WF distributes a variety of items from other manufacturers, such as Completa Coffee whitener, Zanetti Cheese, Breda Butter, Nobleza Gaucha Yerba Mate Tea and Arla Foods Dairy Products. Among the Company’s customers are wholesalers, supermarket chains, mini-markets, food service industry and military establishment. In addition, the Company sells its products abroad in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Belgium, France, Switzerland and Australia, among other countries. In May 2014, it acquired 61.65% interest in Willy-Food Investments Ltd.
