The firm is engaged in the acquisition, development, optimization and production of crude oil and natural gas in the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan. Its operating areas include Midale, South area, Central area and North area. Its 77% operated Midale area is located near Weyburn Saskatchewan. The company has over 730 million original oil in place (OOIP) and its low decline production of 3,100 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boe/d) is supported by both water and carbon dioxide (CO2) enhanced oil recovery (EOR). Its South producing area is located in southern Alberta and produces medium quality oil and includes Duchess, Alderson, Bantry, Tide Lake and Jenner properties. Central producing area is located in East Central Alberta, and includes Viking Kinsella, Killam, Forestburg, Wainwright, Chauvin and Hayter properties. Its North area includes Grande Prairie, House Mountain, Mica and Mitsue properties.
