The firm is an oil and gas producer with assets consisting of light and medium oil and natural gas reserves in Western Canada and the United States. Its crude oil and natural gas properties and related assets are located in the provinces of Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba and in the states of North Dakota and Montana. The company holds interest in Viewfield area of southeastern Saskatchewan; Shaunavon resource area, which is located in southwest Saskatchewan; Flat Lake area that is situated directly north of the United States border in southeastern Saskatchewan, where the Company is developing the Bakken and Torquay resource plays, as well as the conventional Ratcliffe (Oungre) play, and in North Dakota, where the Company is developing both the Three Forks and Bakken resource plays.
