The firm's gold mining operations include the Turmalina Gold Mine Complex, which consists of the Turmalina Underground Mine and Turmalina Mill, and the Caete Gold Mine Complex, which consists of the Pilar Gold Mine, the Roca Grande Gold Mine, and Caete Mill Operations. The firm also owns the Paciencia Gold Mine Complex, which is located approximately 80 kilometers southwest of Belo Horizonte. Its operations are located in the Iron Quadrangle, a prolific greenstone belt near the city of Belo Horizonte in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The firm's Brazilian assets and operations are held by its subsidiary, Mineracao Serras do Oeste Ltda. (MSOL). The firm's subsidiaries include Mineracao Turmalina Ltda.
