Asset Growth: Sienna expanded its platform by adding over $800 million in assets and nearly 1,800 beds through acquisitions and developments in 2025.
Strong Organic Growth: The company reported its 12th consecutive quarter of organic growth and delivered double-digit same-property NOI growth in the Retirement segment.
Occupancy Records: Same-property retirement occupancy reached 94.7% in Q4 and increased further to 95.2% in January.
