Through its subsidiaries, the Company is engaged in multiline insurance business, including energy insurance, marine insurance, health and personal accident insurance, liability insurance, construction and erection insurance, property insurance, motor vehicle insurance, aviation insurance, agriculture insurance, credit insurance and goods transported insurance, among others; reinsurance business; financial services and real estate trading. As of December 31, 2012, the Company had two wholly owned subsidiaries, namely PVI Insurance Corporation and PVI Reinsurance Company, along with six affiliates.
