As of December 31, 2012, the Company was a subsidiary of Vietnam National Petroleum Corporation (Petrolimex). As of the same date, it had two wholly owned subsidiaries which are engaged in the same industry, and one affiliate. The firm announces that Petrolimex had transferred 51.92% stake in the Company to Petrolimex Tanker Corporation (PG Tanker) on June 13, 2013.
