Georgia Capital PLC is an investment company that owns a group of businesses focused mainly on Georgia. Instead of making one product itself, it buys, builds, and holds stakes in companies that serve local customers in areas such as healthcare, retail, financial services, housing, and education. The underlying businesses sell directly to Georgian consumers and small businesses, while Georgia Capital sits above them as the owner and capital provider.
The company makes money in the same way a holding company usually does: through dividends and cash distributions from its portfolio companies, and through gains when it sells investments at a higher value than it paid. Its main customers are not end users but the businesses and markets it invests in, and the value it creates comes from backing companies that can grow in the domestic Georgian economy.
What makes Georgia Capital different is that it is not a single operating business with one product line. It is a parent company that allocates capital across several local businesses, helps guide their growth, and can recycle money into new investments when it sells or reduces ownership. That makes it a way for investors to get exposure to the Georgian economy through a portfolio of controlled and partially owned businesses.

Stock intrinsic value is the real worth of a company's stock, based on its financial health and performance.
Instead of looking at the stock's current market price, which can change due to people's opinions and emotions, intrinsic value helps us understand if a stock is truly a good deal or not.
By focusing on the company's actual financial strength, like its earnings and debts, we can make better decisions about which stocks to buy and when.
