Alsea is a restaurant operator and franchisor that runs well-known food and coffee brands across Mexico, Latin America, and parts of Europe. Its business is simple to understand: it opens, manages, and supplies restaurants for brands such as Starbucks, Domino’s, Burger King, and Chili’s, either as company-owned locations or under franchise agreements.
The company makes money in two main ways. First, it earns sales from customers who buy meals, drinks, and delivery orders at its own restaurants. Second, it collects fees and sometimes supply-related income from franchise operations, where it helps run the brand network and provides products or services to local stores. In practice, Alsea sits between the global brand owner and the local consumer market.
What makes Alsea different is that it is not a single-chain restaurant company. It acts as a multi-brand operator with deep experience in food service logistics, store operations, and franchise management. That gives it a role in bringing international restaurant concepts into local markets and keeping those brands running at street level through day-to-day operations, supply chain support, and customer service.

Stock intrinsic value is the real worth of a company's stock, based on its financial health and performance.
Instead of looking at the stock's current market price, which can change due to people's opinions and emotions, intrinsic value helps us understand if a stock is truly a good deal or not.
By focusing on the company's actual financial strength, like its earnings and debts, we can make better decisions about which stocks to buy and when.
