Bechtle AG
Bechtle AG is a German IT services and software reseller that helps businesses and public-sector organizations buy, set up, and run their technology. It sells computers, networking gear, software licenses, cloud services, and related support, and it also handles consulting, implementation, and day-to-day IT management. Its customers are mainly medium-sized companies, large enterprises, schools, and government agencies that want one supplier for both hardware and IT services. Bechtle makes money by reselling technology from major vendors, earning fees for services and consulting, and taking recurring income from managed IT contracts and software or cloud subscriptions. What sets Bechtle apart is its role as a bridge between big technology vendors and end users who want a simpler way to source and support IT. It combines a large product catalog with local service teams, so customers can buy equipment and get help keeping their systems working from the same company.

Strong Q2: Bechtle said second-quarter performance came in well above expectations, with double-digit growth across most key indicators and stable margins despite a still-challenging IT market.
Price tailwind: More than half of growth was driven by higher prices, especially in hardware, while supply-chain issues and longer delivery times continued to shape customer behavior.
Guidance raised: Management lifted full-year guidance to more than 10% business volume growth and 5% to 10% EBT growth, while expecting a slight EBT margin decline because of IT infrastructure investments.
Public sector boost: The company highlighted a major Bavarian justice-sector contract worth up to EUR 250 million and said public-sector momentum should strengthen in the second half.
AI push: Bechtle expanded its NVIDIA cooperation, opened a Dell AI factory, and pointed to a major Planet AI competition win as evidence of its AI capabilities.
Cash flow timing: Operating cash flow was pressured in Q2 by timing effects, but management said working capital metrics improved and it still expects full-year OCF to trend positively.
