Revenue surge: Entravision reported consolidated second-quarter revenue of $227.9 million, up 126% from a year ago, driven by a much larger Advertising Technology & Services business.
ATS strength: The ATS segment posted $182.8 million of revenue, up 230% year over year and 18% sequentially, with operating profit rising to $40.0 million.
Media still pressured: Media revenue slipped 1% to $45.1 million and the segment posted a $3.3 million operating loss, though local advertising and digital sales improved.
Q3 caution: Management said ATS will likely decline sequentially in Q3 from the exceptionally strong Q2, while still expecting more than 100% year-over-year growth in both Q3 and Q4.
Capital return: The company ended the quarter with over $83 million in cash and marketable securities, paid down $5 million of debt, and declared another $0.05 dividend for Q3.
Strategic focus: Management emphasized continued investment in AI, infrastructure, sales capacity, and digital capabilities, while also pushing for larger ATS customers and more local media advertisers.
