The company went IPO on 2000-02-23. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiaries controls exploration projects in Argentina classified by the Company into the Diablillos Project, Cerro Amarillo Project, Santo Domingo and La Coipita Project and in Chile classified into the Arcas project. The Diablillos project covers an area of approximately 79 square kilometers in the Salta Province of northwestern Argentina and hosts epithermal precious metal mineralization in various mineral occurrences. The Cerro Amarillo project is located in the province of Mendoza in Argentina. The Santo Domingo project is located in San Juan province, Argentina. The La Coipita project is a 51,550-hectare (ha) project, which is in the western portion of Calingasta Department, located in the San Juan Province of Argentina adjacent to the Chilean border. The Arcas project is located in the northeast of Antofagasta city.
