The company is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. The firm is engaged in lithium and copper exploration and development Company with assets in in Argentina and Chile. The firm is into acquisition, exploration and development of properties located in South America. The firm owns the Antofalla lithium brine project in Argentina, consisting of four claims covering a total of approximately 6,000 hectares of the central portion of Salar de Antofalla, located immediately south of Albemarle Corporation's Antofalla project. The firm has developed a brine processing technology using brine type reagents derived from the Antofalla project with the objective of producing battery grade lithium products. The company owns 80% of the Atacama Copper property within the Antofagasta region of Chile. Its also owns 65% of the Sal de la Puna Project covering approximately 11,000 hectares of the Pastos Grandes basin located in Salta, Argentina.
