The company went IPO on 2012-03-02. The firm's principal business activities include the production, marketing and sale of wine, and through its agency division, operating as Trajectory Beverage Partners (TBP), distribution and marketing activities for various beverage alcohol brands that it represents in Canada. The firm operates two wineries producing Vintners Quality Alliance (VQA) and blended wines under brand names, such as 20 Bees, EastDell, Lakeview Cellars, Dan Aykroyd, Fresh, McMichael Collection, Seasons, Serenity, and Backyard Vineyards. The firm sells approximately 120 beverage alcohol brands across Canada. The firm also markets Niagara wine to liquor boards, grocery stores and licensed establishments in Canada, Asia and Europe.
