The firm is focused on the exploration of precious metal projects in the United States. The Company’s projects include Pan Mine, Gold Rock Project, Illipah Gold Project and Golden Eagle Project. The Pan Mine is a Carlin-style, open-pit, heap-leach mine in east-central Nevada, approximately 28 kilometers (km) southeast of the town of Eureka, on the prolific Battle-Mountain - Eureka gold trend. Its Illipah gold project is located in White Pine County, Nevada, approximately 36 km northeast of its Gold Rock project at the southern end of the prolific Carlin Trend. The Illipah gold project covers approximately 1,600 hectares. The company holds Gold Rock Project through its wholly owned subsidiary, GRP Gold Rock, LLC. The Gold Rock Project consists of approximately 20,300-hectare contiguous land package on the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend.
