Pure Energy Minerals Ltd. is a mineral resource company. The company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. The company went IPO on 2001-06-18. The Company’s Clayton Valley (CV) project in the Clayton Valley of central Nevada for the exploration and development of lithium resources, comprising approximately 950 claims over 23,360 acres (9,450 hectares). The CV project adjoins and surrounds on three sides the Silver Peak lithium brine mine operated by Albemarle Corporation. The Lithium Brine project is located in Clayton Valley, Nevada, immediately adjacent to North America’s only producing lithium mine. The Clayton Valley project contains an inferred mineral resource of approximately 218,000 tons of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE). The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include 0891884 B.C. Ltd., Esmeralda Minerals, LLC, 1056625 B.C. Ltd., 1061582 B.C. Ltd. and LT Capital Holdings, LLC.
