The company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. The firm is engaged principally in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. The firm owns interest in the Ootsa Property, located in central British Columbia (BC), consists of approximately 136 mineral claims totaling about 87,002.5 hectares (ha). The Ootsa Project is located approximately 120 kilometers (km) south of the town of Houston, BC, and is located on the south side of Tahtsa Reach. . The Ootsa Project explores for copper, gold, silver and molybdenum. The firm also owns interest in the Berg Property, approximately 34,798 ha in size and contiguous with the Ootsa Property, which is located approximately 28 km northwest of the Ootsa deposits. Ootsa Ventures Ltd is Company's wholly owned subsidiary.
