The company is engaged in the acquisition, prospection, exploration and development of mineral concessions in Latin America with exploration and evaluation of concessions in Peru. The Company’s projects include Pacaska gold-copper, Keyla Gold, Lourdes and other. The Pacaska gold-copper concession package is located in Southern Peru. This epithermal high-sulfidation (HSE) gold/porphyry copper target sits on an approximately 7,650 hectares concession package with a mineralized footprint. The Keyla Gold Project is an early stage epithermal HSE gold target, which lies on the southern end of the Lourdes-Apumayo trend. The project area consists of low relief topography with approximately eight kilometers (km) strike length of argillic and silicic alteration. The Lourdes project is approximately 400 km southeast of Lima.
