Revenue Growth: Aussie Broadband delivered double-digit growth across all segments, with revenue up 8.4% to $637.8 million for the half.
Profitability: Underlying EBITDA rose 13.5% to $74.7 million, and underlying NPATA increased 24.5% to $31.3 million. EPS was up 26.5%.
Upgraded Guidance: FY '26 EBITDA guidance was revised to the upper end of the $162–167 million range, reflecting 17–21% annual growth. CapEx guidance remains at $55–60 million.
Market Share & Connections: NBN market share reached 8.8% with broadband connections growing by 39,000 to 828,000. Management expects to surpass 1 million connections by year-end.
Strategic Deals & M&A: Announced major acquisitions (AGL Telco, Nexgen) and the divestment of Digital Sense Hosting. AGL Telco will add significant scale, with 350,000 broadband and mobile services and $21 million EBITDA expected in the first year post-migration.
