Brightstar Resources Ltd. engages in mineral exploration and resource development. The company is headquartered in Perth, Western Australia. The company went IPO on 2003-12-05. The firm is based in a gold province located in the Laverton region of Western Australia. The firm resources has three major development projects are Cork Tree Well, Beta and Alpha. Each project contains a Mineral Resource within approximately 60 kilometers (kms) of Brightstar’s flagship 485ktpa+ processing plant, which is located adjacent to the Beta Project. The Cork Tree Well Project is located approximately 35 kms north of Laverton on the Bandya Station Road and is serviceable via an unsealed track three kms west of the Bandya Road. The Beta Project is located approximately 30 kms south from Laverton. The Alpha Project is located approximately 35 kms West of Laverton, and 15 kms from the Brightstar Plant. The firm possesses a number of mining leases adjacent to Magnetic Resources Ltd’s potential Hawks Nest and Lady Julie deposits east of Laverton.
