The Company’s projects include Kvanefjeld Project and Villasrubias Project. The Kvanefjeld project is located in southern Greenland in an areaand over one billion tons of mineral resources (JORC-compliant). The Kvanefjeld project consists of a mine, a concentrator and refinery, producing a mineral concentrate containing 20-25% rare earth oxide that upgraded to high-purity intermediate rare earth products in the refinery. The Villasrubias project is located in the southwest corner of the province of Salamanca close to the Portuguese border and approximately 33 kilometers (km) away from Ciudad Rodrigo, the district capital. The Villasrubias project include field reconnaissance, grab sampling, geophysics (VLF and tomography) and trenches (259 meters).
