The Mali Exploration segment is engaged in lithium and gold exploration and evaluation activities in Mali. The Corporate segment is engaged in the investment activities and corporate management. The firm's projects include Morila Gold Mine and Goulamina Lithium Project. The Morila gold mine is located in Mali, West Africa and has produced approximately 7.5 million ounces of gold. The Goulamina Lithium Project comprises a land holding of approximately 100 square kilometers covering prospective hard rock lithium pegmatites in the Bougouni Region of southern Mali, approximately 150 kilometers by road from Mali’s capital, Bamako.
