The company went IPO on 2011-09-01. Its projects include Mt Maitland Gold, Koonenberry Gold, Mt Mansbridge Heavy Rare Earths, Batangas Gold, Mukabe-Kasari Copper-Cobalt Projects and Nannup project. The Mt Maitland Gold Project comprises a 62 square kilometers parcel of tenure located approximately 90 km north of Meekatharra in the Murchison Goldfield, Western Australia. The Koonenberry Gold Project is located in a geologic setting considered analogous to the prolific Victorian Goldfields located in south-eastern Australia. The Mt Mansbridge Heavy Rare Earths is located in the Kimberly region of Western Australia, the project area is approximately 130 km south east of the township of Halls Creek. The Batangas Gold Project is located in Philippines. The Mukabe-Kasari Cobalt-Copper is located in the region of Kolwesi, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).The Nannup project is located in southwest of the Greenbushes lithium province in Western Australia.
