The firm holds three perpetual mining licenses, Ohmgebirge, Ebelebenand Muhlhausen-Nohra, and two exploration licenses, Kullstedt and Grafentonna, in the South Harz Potash District in north-western Thuringia, central Germany. These licenses are in a region with potash mining history and established infrastructure. Its Ohmgebirge Project is located at the north-western extent of the South Harz sedimentary basin approximately 30-kilometer (km) west of Sondershausen and 65km northwest of state capital, Erfurt. The Ebeleben mining license is in the north-western part of the Federal State of Thuringia. The Muhlhausen-Kullstedt Project area combines the southern portion of the Muhlhausen-Nohra Mining License with the Kullstedt exploration License. The Nohra-Elende is the potash fields hosted by its Muhlhausen-Nohra license.
