The company is headquartered in Brisbane, Queensland. The company went IPO on 2009-12-09. The firm is engaged in operating and exploring projects in the Bowen and Surat Basins. The company owns and operates the Isaac Plains Complex in Queensland’s prime Bowen Basin region which includes the Isaac Plains Mine and processing facilities, the Isaac Plains East, and the Isaac Plains Underground Project. The Company’s exploration projects include The Range, Belview, Lilyvale, Mackenzie and Clifford. The Range Project is located in Surat Basin approximately 24-kilometer (km) south-east of Wandoan. The Belview Project is located in Bowen Basin approximately 10km south-east of Blackwater. The Lilyvale is located in Bowen Basin approximately 25km north-east of Emerald. The Mackenzie Project is located in Bowen Basin. The Clifford Project is located in Surat Basin north-west of Wandoan.
