The company went IPO on 2018-09-17. The firm has interests in the Otway Basin, Cooper/Eromanga Basins, Galilee Basin, Bonaparte Basin and Perth Basin. The Otway Basin covers the area from the west of Melbourne to Cape Jaffa in South Australia to the north of King Island in the south. The Cooper/Eromanga Basins are connected to the Adelaide and east coast markets through gas pipelines with oil and liquids pipelines connecting the region to Port Bonython in South Australia and Moonie/Brisbane in Queensland. The Galilee Basin is an onshore basin located in central Queensland and covers an area of approximately 247,000 square kilometers. The Bonaparte Basin covers an area of approximately 270,000 kilometers, which is around over 20,000 square kilometers onshore. The Perth Basin covers an area of approximately 100,000 square kilometers from the Yilgarn Craton in the east to the edge of the continental shelf in the west.
