Through its subsidiaries, the Company is involved in the development, manufacture and distribution of equipment for grain storage and conservation. The Company’s portfolio includes metal silos, flat bottom or hopper bottom, dryers, grain cleaning and pre-cleaning machines and grain conveyors, among others. The firm also develops and produces systems and equipment for port terminals and malt storages. Additionally, Kepler Weber provides spare parts and repair and maintenance services for its products. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s subsidiaries were Kepler Weber Industrial SA and Kepler Weber Pecas e Servicos Ltda.
