Sales: BONESUPPORT reported Q2 net sales of SEK 356 million, up 30% at constant exchange rates and 25% reported, with the U.S. driving most of the growth.
Profitability: Adjusted operating profit was SEK 104 million, with an adjusted operating margin of 29%, while gross margin stayed strong at 93.8%.
Cash: The company generated SEK 67 million of operating cash flow in the quarter and ended with SEK 434 million in cash after SEK 83 million of share buybacks.
U.S. Headwind: Growth in CERAMENT G was held back by a small number of large accounts that temporarily restricted usage, but management said demand remains intact and underlying growth is strong once those accounts are excluded.
Outlook Raised: Full-year sales growth guidance was increased to 33% to 36% at constant exchange rates, supported by the Q2 run rate, a healthy pipeline, and potential upside from CMS, SOLARIO, and CERAMENT V.
Pipeline: CERAMENT V’s de novo review is progressing as planned, with responses to FDA due by end of August, while the CERAMENT BVF spine launch and future antibiotic-eluting programs remain on track.
