Sales & Profit: Net sales fell to SEK 88 million due to lower revenue recognition in the development segment, leading to a loss after tax of minus SEK 9 million.
Cash Flow: Operating cash flow was very strong at SEK 322 million, mainly driven by the Kölvallen earn-out.
Guidance Reiterated: Management remains confident in hitting the 10 GW development pipeline target by year-end and the 400 MW sales target for 2024–2025.
Portfolio Growth: Late-stage portfolio grew by 500 MW, bolstered by new projects in Germany and Finland.
Fasikan Delay: No further revenue will be recognized from the Fasikan project in Q4 due to cost uncertainties, with recognition paused until final settlement.
Diversification: The company is expanding into new markets (notably Germany) and technologies, including data centers and battery storage.
Financial Position: Arise emphasized a solid cash position and access to a EUR 40 million facility to support growth and acquisitions.
