Dian Swastatika Sentosa is an Indonesian holding company with a business mix centered on coal and energy. Through its subsidiaries, it mines, buys, and sells coal, and it also owns power-generation assets that sell electricity and steam, mainly to industrial users and other energy buyers. It has additional businesses in chemicals, trading, and related services, but coal and power are the core of the company’s model.
The company makes money by selling coal into domestic and export markets, by supplying power under utility or industrial contracts, and by distributing chemical products to business customers. In practice, it sits in the middle of the energy supply chain: it produces or sources raw materials, moves them through trading channels, and converts part of that output into contracted energy sales.
What makes the business different is that it is not just a mine owner or just a utility. It combines resource ownership, trading, and power assets inside one group, which gives it more than one way to earn revenue and ties it closely to Indonesia’s industrial and energy demand. That structure also means the company depends on commodity markets, regulated power assets, and long-term customer relationships.

Stock intrinsic value is the real worth of a company's stock, based on its financial health and performance.
Instead of looking at the stock's current market price, which can change due to people's opinions and emotions, intrinsic value helps us understand if a stock is truly a good deal or not.
By focusing on the company's actual financial strength, like its earnings and debts, we can make better decisions about which stocks to buy and when.
