Record Results: Beauty Farm reported record-high interim revenue of RMB 1.46 billion, up 28% year-on-year, and net profit of RMB 171 million, up 35.5%.
Margin Expansion: Gross margin rose by 2.3 percentage points to 49.3% and adjusted net margin reached a record 13.1%.
Cash Flow Strength: Operating cash flow surged 84% year-on-year to RMB 410 million, with cash reserves reaching RMB 2 billion.
Business Segment Growth: All three core businesses saw strong growth, especially subhealth medical services, which grew revenue by 108% and now exceeds 10% of total revenue.
Membership & Loyalty: Active direct store members rose 47% to 120,000, with high repurchase rates and top-up money up 36%.
Tier 1 City Focus: Revenue in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen grew 52%, contributing 65% of total revenue.
Acquisition Success: The Naturade acquisition delivered RMB 277 million in revenue and improved its net profit margin from 6.5% to 10.4%, prompting Beauty Farm to increase its stake to 90%.
Shareholder Returns: A commitment to distributing at least 50% of net profit as dividends was reiterated, with over RMB 297 million paid out since listing.
