The primary business of the Company is focused on owning and growing a residential property portfolio. The firm's portfolio includes 9199 residential units and 16,058-meter square of retail space in 132 buildings situated predominantly in Gauteng, along with one in each of Mpumalanga, KwaZulu-Natal and the Free State. The firm operates through two segments: Gauteng and Mpumalanga. Its services include letting, collections, building management and prepaid electricity. The firm also provides the asset management of the portfolio internally. Its portfolio includes En Gedi, Exodus, Ezra, Fairway View, Fasser House, Frangipani, Franschoek, Frederick House, Garden View, Genesis, Geraldine, Golden Oaks, Golden Views, Greenshank Villas, Harolean, Highveld View, Hollyland, Ilanga, Irmgaurd, Ironwood, and others.
