Its IP telephony division provides IP telephones that enable voice communication via IP network, supporting integration of diverse communication media including voices, data and videos. Its contact center solutions consist of computer telephony integration (CTI) systems, interactive voice response (IVR) systems and outbound systems, among others. Its trading system division provides BT Dealer Board, which is used for foreign exchange as well as options and stock trading. The firm also provides contact center repair and maintenance services.
