Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd. owns, operates, and explores for gold deposits. The firm is engaged in the exploration for gold and the development of the Chaarat Gold Project in the Kyrgyz Republic. The company owns Kapan operating mine in Armenia as well as the Tulkubash and the Kyzyltash Gold Projects in the Kyrgyz Republic. The Chaarat Gold Project is approximately 10 kilometers along strike at the center of the Sandalash license area, which consists of three identified prospects: Chaarat, Kashkasu and Minteke. Chaarat’s assets comprise the Chaarat Gold Project (Tulkubash and Kyzyltash) in Kyrgyzstan and the Kapan Mine and Processing Company in Armenia. Its near-term focus in Kyrgyz Republic is on the development of its Tulkubash open pit heap leach project. Kapan is located in South-eastern Armenia in the Syunik Province. The firm operates in Kyrgystan and Armenia.
