Strong Cash Generation: Cash generation rose by 26% year-on-year to GBP 37 million, supporting dividend increases and future growth.
Dividend Growth: Chesnara increased its interim dividend by 3%, continuing its long record of dividend increases, and announced a 6% rise for the FY 2025 final and FY 2026 interim dividends.
Major Acquisition: The company announced its largest-ever deal: the acquisition of HSBC Life (UK), expected to add over GBP 800 million in lifetime cash generation and over 450,000 policies.
