The company is headquartered in Caerphilly, Glamorgan and currently employs 11 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2001-05-04. The firm has a High Purity Iron, Vanadium and Titanium project located on the Northern Limb of the Bushveld Complex in Limpopo Province South Africa. The Bushveld is a metallogenic province covering approximately 66,000 square kilometers in the north of South Africa. The company hosts various mineral deposits, including platinum group metals, vanadium, chrome, palladium and rhodium. The company holds unfettered rights to mine an area of about 165 square kilometers with approximately 80 million tons of magnetite ore, 32 million tons of High Purity iron in situ and about 9 million tons of titanium.
