Revenue Decline: Net revenue declined 5.1% like-for-like in the first half, largely due to significant underperformance in Australia.
Australia Weakness: Australia’s net revenue dropped 27%, causing nearly 90% of the group's decline; management undertook leadership changes, restructuring, and cost cuts in response.
Cost Savings: Transformation and restructuring initiatives are expected to deliver annualized savings of GBP 12 million by 2025.
Profit Guidance: Despite revenue headwinds, the company targets full-year profit to be in line with the prior year.
