Record Results: Arteris reported record annual contract value plus royalties of $83.6 million, a 28% year-over-year increase, and record revenues for both Q4 and the full year 2025.
Revenue Growth: Q4 revenue was $20.1 million, up 16% sequentially and 30% year-over-year, beating the top end of guidance; full-year revenue reached $70.6 million, up 22%.
Strong Royalties: Variable royalties were up 50% year-over-year in 2025, with a new record set in Q4, driven by a diversified and expanding customer base.
Cycuity Acquisition: Closed the acquisition of Cycuity in January 2026, expanding into semiconductor cybersecurity assurance products; expected to contribute around $7 million in revenue for 2026.
2026 Guidance Raised: Projecting 2026 revenue of $89–93 million, annual contract value plus royalties to exit between $100–104 million, and full-year free cash flow of $5–9 million.
Path to Profitability: Management expects to achieve non-GAAP operating profit for a period as early as Q4 2026.
