Profitability: Q4 2025 gross profit improved to $7.7 million and net loss narrowed to $5.3 million, versus a $2 million gross loss and $16.2 million net loss in Q4 2024.
RNG momentum: Dairy RNG production rose 61% YoY in Q4, producing ~405,000 MMBtus in 2025 and delivering a $12.2 million net income for the biogas segment in Q4.
MVR upgrade: The Keyes ethanol plant MVR project (~$40 million total) is largely funded and expected to boost plant cash flow by ~$32 million per year when completed in 2026 (management targets contribution in Q3–Q4).
Policy tailwinds: Management expects material benefit from 45Z production tax credit implementation and stronger LCFS prices (LCFS moved from $40 to $70 in ~9 months), with additional 45Z monetization still pending DOE GREET model calculations.
India growth / IPO: India biodiesel generated $29.7 million revenue in 2025 (80 million gallon capacity); company plans an IPO of the India subsidiary and expansion into CBG and SAF.
Capital spending & financing: 2026 capex includes remaining MVR spend (mostly already incurred), $27 million contracted H2S units, and an additional ~$70 million for build-out of 15 digesters (financing underway/expected via long-term debt financings).
