Quality reset: Management says the "quality reset" is largely complete — registrations and active users have stabilized and early retention/engagement signals are improving.
Product & tech: Bumble is rebuilding on a cloud-native, AI-first Tech Stack 2.0 with a targeted launch in Q2 2026 and a chapter-based profile, new matching flows and a personal AI assistant called Bee.
Monetization: Payer mix quality improved (subscription share of payers rose from 80% to 89%); alternative billing (Apple Pay) already boosting gross margin (≈1 ppt benefit in Q4) and >50% of U.S. iOS payments are now Apple Pay quarter-to-date.
